An AI-parsed email is one job-email parse run — when you tap "Parse Job" on an inbox email and Quick Lead extracts the address, client name, job type, urgency, and notes into a structured job card. Drafting reply emails uses a separate, much smaller AI budget which is also tracked per plan.
Elite includes up to 1,000 AI-parsed emails per month. Higher usage may be throttled to keep the service stable for everyone. In practice, almost no sole trader reaches this limit.
On Starter and Pro, Quick Lead opens your phone's native SMS app or WhatsApp — no extra cost beyond your normal mobile bill. On Elite you can also integrate a paid SMS provider account (bring your own credentials) and send paid SMS from inside Quick Lead. Quick Lead does not charge for the SMS themselves on any plan.
Pro includes the full safety-certificate suite: landlord gas safety records, electrical installation condition reports (domestic and rented), minor works certificates, visual inspection records, danger notices, fire detection certificates, and cert-warning notices.
