Hairdresser software —
every enquiry caught,
every appointment invoiced.
Drop one booking link in your Instagram and Facebook bio. Forward DM enquiries to your AI inbox. Stop losing the “hi, what’s your availability?” in three different apps.
Lightweight enquiry-to-invoice software for UK mobile hairdressers and small-salon owners drowning in DMs. Not a slot-picker. No deposits. Just — catch the enquiry, confirm the time yourself, invoice over WhatsApp.
A wedding hair enquiry, a fringe trim, and three bridesmaids — all in one queue.
Three steps from “DM for availability” to invoice sent.
Quick Lead doesn’t take over your booking system — it catches the enquiries so you stop missing clients.
⚠️ Before you keep reading — the honest bit
Quick Lead is not a slot-picker booking system. Customers cannot pick “Tuesday 3pm” themselves — they send you a request, you confirm.
Quick Lead does not take deposits or process card payments. Invoices are PDFs you send over WhatsApp or email.
If you need a full salon-management suite with self-serve slot booking and deposit collection, Quick Lead is not it — today. If your problem is “I’m losing enquiries between Instagram, Facebook and text”, keep reading.
Booking link in your bio
You get one short URL. Drop it in your Instagram bio, your Facebook page, your Google Business Profile. Reply to DM enquiries with “Fill the link and I’ll come back to confirm” instead of typing your availability for the tenth time.
Forwarded emails get parsed
Contact form on your website, Instagram lead emails, Facebook page emails — forward them to [email protected] and Claude pulls out name, phone, service and dates. They all queue in one place — no more eight tabs.
Confirm, do the hair, invoice
Tap a booking, reply with the confirmed time (Quick AI helps you sound polite when you’re tired). Do the appointment. Open the job, add a before/after photo if the customer’s happy with it, raise the invoice, send by WhatsApp.
A small, honest toolkit for the enquiry-overload problem.
Hairdresser software UK for the bit between “I saw your reel and want my hair done” and “here’s your invoice”.
Public booking link
One short URL for your Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile bios. Customer fills name, service, preferred date range, any extra notes. Lands in your pending bookings. You confirm the time — it is a request, not a slot picker.
AI inbox
Forward an enquiry email (contact form, Instagram lead, Facebook message-this email) to [email protected]. Claude reads it and pulls out name, phone, service mentioned, and date references.
SMS booking alert
When a customer fills the booking link, an SMS pings your phone. A 10pm wedding enquiry doesn’t sit unread overnight.
Quick AI replies
Type a one-liner (“yes Tuesday 3pm, see you then”), hit AI tidy, get a polite reply back. Saves writing “Hi! Thanks so much for getting in touch…” for the twentieth time on a Friday.
Photo upload (with consent)
Before/after photos attach to the job — great for your portfolio reference and a clean invoice. Always get the customer’s consent first. Quick Lead does not have a separate consent form.
WhatsApp invoices
Single-job line-by-line invoice (VAT optional, atomic numbering). PDF lands in your phone, send by WhatsApp or email. No more “I’ll send it over later” that never happens.
Clients module
Regulars save against their record — phone, address, the colour formula or style you usually do, last invoice. When she texts “same again on Thursday?” you’ve got the history.
Address autocomplete
Mobile hairdressers — OS Places postcode lookup means you tap the address rather than typing “was that Acacia Road or Acacia Avenue?” at the door.
Calendar view
All confirmed appointments on one screen. Useful so you don’t double-book Saturday morning with two brides.
No deposits — we don’t lie
Quick Lead does not process payments or take deposits. If you need a deposit to stop no-shows, send a separate payment link from Stripe, GoCardless or your bank. We tell you straight rather than implying we do it.
No slot picker (yet)
Customer cannot pick “Tuesday 3pm” on their own. They send a request, you confirm. Best fit: mobile hairdressers and small chair-renters drowning in DM enquiries. If you need a full slot-picker, look elsewhere.
Offline PWA
Installs to your home screen like a native app. Works in a basement salon or rural mobile callout. Photos sync when you’re back on signal.
Doing beauty or nails too? See Beauty & Nails. Self-employed? Sole Traders.
Honest beta — no fake reviews here
Quick Lead is in active beta. We’d rather show you the app than invent quotes from hairdressers we never spoke to.
“We’re a small UK build. The AI inbox, the booking link, the SMS alert, the photo upload, the WhatsApp invoices — they all work today. Quick Lead is not a slot-picker calendar where customers self-book a time, and it does not take deposits. We’d rather lose you to a tool that fits, than win you on a promise we don’t keep.”
10+ years on the tools
“I’m not a hairdresser. But I’ve watched my partner drown in Instagram DMs trying to book a fringe trim around three other things.”
I’m a registered engineer. I built Quick Lead because my own enquiries were scattered across email, Facebook Marketplace messages and texts — and I was missing customers. The AI inbox catches anything that comes in by email or can be forwarded to email. The booking link is for your bio. That’s the bit that translates to hairdressing.
What I will not pretend Quick Lead does for hair and beauty — full slot-picker calendars, deposit collection, treatment-history-with-consent-forms. Those are real and valuable features. They are not built. I would rather a hairdresser tries Quick Lead for what it actually does, than signs up disappointed.
If “Hi can you do my hair Friday?” sits unread in three apps right now, give Quick Lead a fortnight. The trial is free, no card.
