Pest control software —
urgent enquiry, treatment,
follow-up — every visit logged.
Forward the panic email to [email protected]. The AI tags the urgency, pulls the address and number, and drops it into your inbox. Booking link in your bio handles the rest.
Job management software for UK pest control technicians — AI inbox urgency tagging, public booking link, SMS booking alert, photo evidence per visit and a signed Work Completion Certificate at the end of the programme.
Wasp nest at 8am. Rats at the school by 11. The app keeps up.
Three steps from panic email to signed-off programme.
Every job in one place — with the photos, the visits and the invoice attached.
Panic enquiry lands, tagged
Customer or letting agent forwards an email (“wasp nest in the loft, kids panicking”) to your [email protected] address. Claude reads it, pulls the name, address, phone and a pest type, and flags urgency in your inbox.
Treat the property, photograph everything
On site, open the job. Add a photo of the entry points, the bait station placements, the droppings, the nest. Each visit is its own job entry against the same property — visit 1, visit 2, visit 3 stack neatly together.
Sign off the programme, invoice
End of the last visit: open the Work Completion Certificate, edit the title (“Rodent Control Programme — 3 visits”), photo evidence attaches, customer signs on screen, PDF lands in their email. Invoice on a separate tap.
Everything you need between the panic call and the final invoice.
Pest control software UK that does the admin so you can focus on the bait, the trap and the treatment.
Urgency tagging
Forward an enquiry email to [email protected]. Claude reads the wording, picks out the pest type and tags urgency in your inbox. A “wasps and a toddler” email gets noticed before the routine bait-check email.
Public booking link
Your unique URL — put it in Google Business Profile, on flyers, in an SMS reply. Customer fills name, address, phone and what the problem is. Lands in your pending bookings. You confirm — not a slot picker.
SMS booking alert to you
When a customer fills the booking link, an SMS pings to your phone via the platform fallback. So a 9pm rat call doesn’t sit in an inbox until morning.
Photo evidence per visit
Each treatment visit is its own job entry. Add photos of bait stations, droppings, entry points, before and after. Photos land in Firebase Storage and attach to the job — useful when a landlord or insurer asks later.
Work Completion Certificate
A4 landscape WCC with editable title (use it for “Rodent Control Programme”, “Wasp Nest Removal”, “Bedbug Treatment”). Photo evidence, on-screen signature, PDF send. Records-friendly — not an official BPCA/CRRU form.
Per-visit or programme invoices
Single-job line-by-line invoice (VAT optional), PDF, send by email or WhatsApp. Per visit or one invoice for the whole programme — whichever way you sell. Atomic numbering means no clash, no duplicate.
Clients & properties
Visits group by property — visit 1, visit 2, visit 3 sit together with their photos, certs and invoices. When you come back next season, the whole history is one tap away.
Address autocomplete
Postcode lookup via OS Places. You type the postcode, you tap the address. No more “Was it Acacia Road or Acacia Avenue?” mid-treatment.
Calendar view
See follow-up visits, return treatments and confirmed bookings side by side. Set the next-visit date when you finish a job — it appears on the calendar.
In-app follow-up banner
When the next visit date approaches, an in-app banner reminds you. Honest: there’s no automatic outbound email or SMS chasing the customer for the return visit — that’s on the roadmap, not shipped.
Your own SMS gateway
Optional: plug in your own VoodooSMS key and outbound texts to customers go from your number. Booking confirmations, “on my way” updates — on your terms.
Offline PWA
Installs to your home screen. The basement of a Victorian terrace eats 4G — the app still works, photos sync when you’re back on signal.

Honest beta — no fake reviews here
Quick Lead is in active beta. We’d rather show you the app than invent quotes from pest control technicians we never spoke to.
“We’re a small UK build. Every pest-control feature on this page — the AI inbox, the booking link, the SMS alert, the photo upload, the WCC, the invoices — is shipped today. We don’t have a wall of customer quotes yet, so we’re not going to fake one. Start the 14-day trial, push the buttons on a real job, and decide for yourself.”
10+ years on the tools
“I’m not a pest controller. But I am a registered engineer who’s lost evenings retyping job notes. I built this for me first — it works for any visit-based trade.”
Quick Lead started in my van: forwarded letting-agent emails, panicked tenant calls, photos of jobs I needed to remember next week. The AI inbox came first, the photo-tagged jobs board came second, the Work Completion Certificate came third. None of it was specific to my trade — turns out pest control runs on the same loop: urgent enquiry, attend, photograph the evidence, come back, sign off, invoice.
I’m a registered engineer with NICEIC and Gas Safe behind me. I have to use Quick Lead on my own jobs the next morning, so it has to work. Every feature on this page is in the live app, not a roadmap promise.
If your week is panic calls, treatment visits and chasing follow-ups, Quick Lead puts every visit on one timeline. Start a trial and run a real callout through it.
