Gardener software —
every weekly visit,
every one-off, photo before-and-after.
Snap the overgrown “before”. Mow, edge, weed. Snap the tidy “after”. Invoice goes by email before you load the van. Builds your portfolio at the same time.
Photo evidence on every job. AI inbox lifts one-off enquiries. Public booking link for new customers. Invoice per visit. Atomic per-engineer invoice numbers.
A real beta — recurring auto-create is on the roadmap. We re-create each visit today. We’re upfront about it.
Pull up at the garden. Snap before. Cut. Snap after. Invoice.
The weekly-customer cycle is short but it repeats forever. Quick Lead keeps each visit on a clean job card with before/after photos and a clean invoice trail.
Snap the “before”
Pull up. Open the job. Snap the overgrown lawn, the unkempt borders, the hedge that’s gone two feet too tall. Photos upload to Firebase Storage against the job. Same for one-off turfing or landscaping jobs — snap the bare site before you start.
Cut, edge, weed, plant
Do the work. Add any notes against the job (“customer wants borders weeded next visit”, “dog out the back — gate latched”). Notes save to the customer’s garden in the Properties module — useful when you’re back in a fortnight.
Snap the “after”. Invoice.
Snap the tidy garden. Hit invoice — line items if it’s a one-off (turf, top-soil, labour) or a single “weekly maintenance” line for the regulars. VAT optional. PDF goes by email through Postmark. Per-engineer atomic invoice number.
Before/after photos, AI-parsed enquiries, invoice per visit.
Gardener software UK for solo gardeners, mowing rounds and small landscapers — not enterprise dispatch.
Before/after photo evidence
Two photos per visit do two jobs: invoice evidence for the customer (especially the absent landlord paying for the cut), and portfolio shots for your Facebook page or Google Business profile. Photos attach to the job, live on the WCC.
AI inbox
Forward customer enquiries to [email protected]. Claude Sonnet 4.6 lifts out customer name, address, phone, urgency and dates. Handy when a one-off “tidy before viewing” lands at 9pm.
Public booking link
One URL for new enquiries — turfing, hedge cuts, one-off tidy-ups, fortnightly mowing. Drop it on your Google Business profile, your van, your website. Customers fill a short form — lands in your pending queue.
SMS booking alert
The moment a public-booking enquiry lands, the platform SMS gateway pings your phone via VoodooSMS. No engineer setup — the platform fallback covers it.
Invoice per visit
Itemised line items (turf, top-soil, labour) for one-offs; a single “weekly maintenance” line for the regulars. VAT optional. PDF goes by email through Postmark or by WhatsApp.
Atomic invoice numbering
Each invoice number is issued by a per-engineer Durable Object. No duplicates, no clashes — HMRC-clean sequence, no manual register to maintain.
Garden-by-garden history
Clients and Properties module groups jobs by customer and by garden. Every past visit, every before/after pair, every invoice for that specific garden — one tap.
Work Completion Certificate
For one-off landscaping — A4 landscape WCC with editable title (“Turfing — front and rear lawn”), customer signs on screen, photo evidence embedded, PDF emailed. Useful for handover on bigger jobs.
Threaded replies
Reply to a customer email from inside the job — goes out through Postmark from your handle, threaded against the original. No copy-pasting.
Quick AI replies
Tap “can do Tuesday”, “weather’s no good, Wednesday?”, “awaiting plant order” — Claude Haiku drafts a short polite reply in your tone. One tap to send.
Calendar view
Jobs by day. See your fortnightly mowing round and your big landscaping fits side by side. Drag dates around if the weather changes the plan.
Offline PWA
Installs to your home screen. Service worker keeps your jobs available when rural signal drops. Photos sync when you’re back on data — the invoice still saves.

Honest beta — no fake reviews here
Quick Lead is in active beta, built and used daily by the founder on real jobs. We’d rather show you the app than invent quotes.
“We’re a small UK build. Every feature on this page is shipped today — photo upload, AI inbox, public booking link with SMS alerts, WCC, atomic invoicing. Automatic recurring-job creation is NOT shipped yet — you re-create each weekly mow manually for now. We’d rather tell you that up front than have you sign up and find out. Start the 14-day trial, push the buttons, decide for yourself.”
10+ years on the tools
“Two photos at every visit pays you twice — invoice evidence for the customer, free portfolio shots for your Facebook page.”
I’m a registered engineer, not a gardener — but the “weekly customer + sporadic one-off + variable weather” pattern is the same every week. I built photo upload to be one tap because I take photos on every job anyway, and so do you. The before/after pair just happens to be the most undersold marketing asset you’ve got.
I’m a registered engineer with NICEIC and Gas Safe behind me. Quick Lead has to be right because I use it every day. Every feature on this page is in the live app today.
For gardeners the before/after photos + per-visit invoice + Properties history is the core. And we’re upfront about what isn’t in yet: recurring auto-create is on the roadmap, you re-create weekly mowing rounds manually today.
