Glazier software —
quote the pane,
invoice the right address.

The customer’s email goes to one address. The agent pays the bill. The pane goes in somewhere else entirely. Quick Lead keeps all three on the same job — without the spreadsheet.

AI inbox lifts the site address and contact out of every enquiry. Photo upload for measure-ups and finished glazing. Itemised invoices with separate billing and site addresses.

Glass to one address, invoice to another. Both on your phone, one job.

Atomic per-engineer invoice numbers

Agent emails in. Pane goes in at a flat. Invoice goes back to the agent.

Letting agents are the biggest source of glazing work. Quick Lead handles the three-address problem (agent → property → billing) in one job.

Forward the agent’s email

Forward the “smashed back-door pane at Flat 12” email to [email protected]. Claude Sonnet 4.6 lifts out the tenant’s name, the site address (Flat 12) and access notes. You set the billing address to the managing agent.

Photograph the measure-up + finished pane

On site, snap the broken pane (insurance evidence for the tenant), your measure-up note, the new IGU going in, the finished install. Photos upload to Firebase Storage against the job and live on the Work Completion Certificate.

Invoice the agent, not the tenant

Open the job, hit invoice. Line items (pane, beads, labour, VAT optional). The invoice header shows the billing address (the managing agent); the job notes show the site address. PDF emailed through Postmark. Per-engineer atomic number, no clash.

Measure-ups, agent emails, the right address on every invoice.

Glazier software UK for the realities of agent-led work — not a glass-spec database.

Headline

Split billing & site addresses

One job, two addresses. The site address tells you where to take the van; the billing address tells the agent where to send the cheque. The invoice picks up the billing address; the job uses the property address.

AI inbox

Forward agent emails to [email protected]. Claude Sonnet 4.6 extracts tenant name, site address, phone, urgency and dates. Pane refs and dimensions come through in the notes when the customer wrote them clearly.

Photo upload

Measure-up notes, broken pane evidence, finished install — all attached to the job. Stored in Firebase Storage. The customer (or their insurer) gets them on the Work Completion Certificate.

Work Completion Certificate

A4 landscape WCC — editable title (e.g. “Sash window unit replacement — rear elevation”), customer or agent signs on screen, photo evidence embedded, PDF emailed.

Atomic invoice numbering

Each invoice number is issued by a per-engineer Durable Object. No duplicates, no clashes — HMRC-clean sequence, no manual register to keep up to date.

Public booking link

One URL for new quote requests — drop it on your Google Business profile, your van, your website. Customers fill a short form, lands in your pending queue, SMS pings your phone.

SMS booking alert

The moment a public-booking enquiry lands, the platform SMS gateway pings your phone via VoodooSMS. No engineer setup — the platform fallback covers it.

Threaded replies

Reply to an agent email from inside the job. The reply goes out through Postmark from your handle, threaded against the original. No copy-pasting, no lost context.

Clients & Properties

Jobs group by managing agent and by property. When the same agent rings about a different flat in the same building, every past visit and invoice is one tap away.

Quick AI replies

Tap “can quote tomorrow am”, “need access dates” or “awaiting glass” — Claude Haiku drafts a short polite reply in your tone. One tap to send to the agent.

Calendar view

Jobs by day. See your measure-ups and your fit days side by side. Tap a job to open it, photo it, invoice it, mark complete.

Offline PWA

Installs to your home screen. Service worker keeps your jobs available when site signal is patchy. Photos sync when you’re back on data — the invoice still saves.

“Half the job is figuring out who’s paying and where the van’s going. Two addresses, one invoice, no spreadsheet.”

I’m a registered gas and electrical engineer, not a glazier — but the agent-led, multi-address paperwork pattern is the same across every trade that works for letting agents. The bill goes to one place; the van goes somewhere else. Most job software treats that like it’s an edge case. For glazing, plumbing reactive callouts and landlord work, it’s the whole job.

I’m a registered engineer with NICEIC and Gas Safe behind me. Quick Lead has to be right because I use it every day. Every feature on this page is in the live app today, not a roadmap promise.

For glaziers the split billing + site address pattern plus the AI inbox is the time-saver. Forward the agent’s email, the address is in the job, the invoice goes to the right place.

Glazier FAQs

The questions glaziers ask before they sign up.

Yes. Every job has a property address (the site where the glass goes in) and an optional billing address (the managing agent, the letting company, the homeowner who lives elsewhere). The invoice picks up the billing address; the job card and route use the property address. So the agent gets the bill, the van turns up at the right house.
The AI inbox extracts the things every trade needs — customer name, address, phone, urgency and dates — reliably. Pane dimensions, glass spec and reference numbers if the customer wrote them clearly often come through in the notes field too, but we won't promise it for every email. The reliable workflow is: AI lifts the address and contact, you confirm the spec on site with a photo (see Photo upload below) and a quick note.
Yes — photo upload to Firebase Storage is on every job. Snap the broken pane (insurance evidence for the customer or their landlord), photograph your measure-up notes, photograph the finished install. Photos attach to the job record and live on the Work Completion Certificate (WCC) you sign on screen and email out.
No. Quick Lead is job admin and invoicing — not a glass-spec calculator. There is no built-in U-value lookup, no Window Energy Rating tool and no IGU spec database. If you need WER paperwork for a customer, you'll attach your supplier's product datasheet to the job and reference it in the invoice line item.
You get a personal Quick Lead URL you can put on your Google Business profile, your van and your website. Customers fill a short form (name, address, phone, what's wrong). The booking lands in your pending queue and an SMS pings your phone. It is a request — not a self-serve calendar slot picker. You ring back, confirm, and book the measure-up visit.
Each invoice today is single-job — one job, one invoice, one PDF, atomic invoice number from the Durable Object. Multi-job consolidated invoicing for the same agent is on the roadmap but not shipped. For now, the best workflow is to invoice each job promptly and group them in your accounts software (Xero, FreeAgent, QuickBooks) at month-end.
