10+ years on the tools

Scan Board started as a selfish feature. I was issuing EICRs for letting agents week in week out, and 80% of the time I’d open the cert, look at the same kind of consumer unit, and start typing “Ring final, B32, 6242Y, RCD A” for the twentieth time that month. So I wired Claude Opus vision into the EICR-rented form and started taking photos instead.
I’m a registered engineer with NICEIC and Gas Safe behind me — I’m the one signing my own certs. Quick Lead has to be right, because I have to use it on real jobs the next morning. Every cert template on this page is in the live app, not a roadmap promise.
