Electrician software —
photograph the board,
the EICR fills itself.

Open the EICR-rented form, hit Scan Board, take a photo of the consumer unit. Claude AI vision reads every circuit and drops it straight into the cert.

Every electrical cert UK sparks actually issue — EICR-rented, EIC, EDN, MWC, VIS, FADS, FDC — all on your phone, all aligned to BS 7671. Sign on screen, PDF lands with the landlord before you’re back in the van.

No more retyping ring finals at 9pm. Photograph the board and move on.

Agent email lands in your inbox

A letting agent forwards the tenancy EICR job to your dedicated [email protected] address. The AI parser pulls out property address, tenant contact and access notes — circuit detail comes from Scan Board (see hero).

Scan the board, test the circuits

On site, hit Scan Board — Claude vision fills every circuit row. You test continuity, IR, Zs, RCD, mark observations and add your engineer signature. Previous certs for the address are saved against the property — one tap to open last visit’s for reference.

Sign, send, raise the EDN if needed

Sign on the phone, the PDF EICR sends to the landlord and tenant. If you logged a C1 or C2, the Electrical Danger Notification template is one tap away — pre-filled with the property and your details.

Every cert in your pocket. Every shortcut a spark needs.

Electrician software UK that ships the real BS 7671 cert templates, AI vision for the consumer unit, and an inbox that auto-files the boring stuff.

AI vision

Scan Board

Photo of the consumer unit → Claude Opus extracts every circuit (description, OCPD, BS-EN code, rating, RCD) → EICR-rented form auto-populated. The single biggest typing-killer in the app.

EICR for rented properties

The full EICR-rented template (eicr-rented.html) — circuit-by-circuit results, observations with C1/C2/C3/FI coding, on-screen signature, PDF to landlord and tenant in one tap.

EIC for new installs

Electrical Installation Certificate (eic.html) for new installs and consumer unit changes — design, construction, inspection and test sections, all aligned with BS 7671.

EDN one tap from the EICR

Found a C1 or C2? The Electrical Danger Notification template (edn.html) is one tap from the EICR — pre-filled with the property and the observation context. You write the wording, you sign.

MWC for minor works

Minor Works Certificate (mwc.html) for additions, alterations and remedial work — aligned to BS 7671:2018+A4:2026. Sign and send straight from the job.

VIS, FADS, FDC

Visual Inspection (vis.html), Fire Alarm Design (fads.html) and Fire Detection (fdc.html) certificates — the safety suite landlords ask for, all from one app.

AI inbox

Forward letting-agent emails to [email protected]. Claude pulls out address, tenant contact and access notes — circuit detail comes from Scan Board, not the email.

Properties & cert history

Jobs group by agent → property → cert history. When you go back next year, every previous cert is one tap away. (Auto-prefill of last year’s circuit rows is on the roadmap.)

60-day EICR re-inspection banner

Save an EICR and Quick Lead pings you 60 days before the 5-year re-inspection is due — in-app banner with snooze/dismiss. (Outbound chasing emails are not shipped yet.)

Atomic cert numbering

Each cert number is issued by a Durable Object — per engineer, per cert type. No clashes, no duplicates, no manual register to keep up to date.

Invoices & route planner

Single-job line-by-line invoice (VAT optional) straight after the cert. Built-in route planner sequences jobs by drive time — useful when you’ve got 5 EICRs in one day.

Offline PWA

Installs to your home screen. Service worker keeps the cert templates and your jobs available even when the basement consumer unit kills 4G. Photos sync when you’re back on signal.

Honest beta — no fake reviews here

Quick Lead is in active beta, built and used daily by the founder on real EICR jobs. We’d rather show you the app than invent quotes.

Beta
“We’re a small UK build. Every feature on this page is shipped today — Scan Board, every cert template, the AI inbox, the properties module, the cert numbering Durable Object. We don’t have a wall of customer logos yet, so we’re not going to fake one. Start the 14-day trial, push the buttons, and decide for yourself.”

“I was retyping the same ring final on every EICR. Then I thought — my phone has a camera. Why am I typing?”

Scan Board started as a selfish feature. I was issuing EICRs for letting agents week in week out, and 80% of the time I’d open the cert, look at the same kind of consumer unit, and start typing “Ring final, B32, 6242Y, RCD A” for the twentieth time that month. So I wired Claude Opus vision into the EICR-rented form and started taking photos instead.

I’m a registered engineer with NICEIC and Gas Safe behind me — I’m the one signing my own certs. Quick Lead has to be right, because I have to use it on real jobs the next morning. Every cert template on this page is in the live app, not a roadmap promise.

If you issue EICRs by hand today, Scan Board will save you ten minutes per job. Multiply that by your week.

Electrician FAQs

The questions we get from sparks before they sign up.

Yes — on the EICR-rented form there is a Scan Board action. You take a photo of the open consumer unit, Quick Lead sends it to Claude Opus AI vision, and it returns each circuit row with description, OCPD type and rating, BS-EN code and RCD grouping. Those rows auto-fill the EICR. You still test, mark observations and sign the cert — the AI saves the typing, not the work.
EICR for rented properties, EIC (Electrical Installation Certificate) for new installs and CU changes, EDN (Electrical Danger Notification), MWC (Minor Works Certificate, BS 7671:2018+A4:2026), VIS (Visual Inspection), FADS (Fire Alarm Design) and FDC (Fire Detection). Each one is a standalone template on the phone with on-screen signature and PDF send.
No. Email parsing is generic — it extracts property address, tenant contact, access notes, urgency and dates. Circuit-level detail comes from the Scan Board action on site (a photo of the consumer unit). The email parser saves the contact and address typing; Scan Board saves the circuit typing.
When you save an EICR, Quick Lead pings you with an in-app banner 60 days before the 5-year re-inspection is due. The banner has snooze and dismiss. It does not send an email to your customer — outbound chasing is on the roadmap, not shipped. You set the next due date when you sign the cert.
Not automatically. The EDN template is one tap away from the EICR — pre-filled with the property and the engineer details — but you read it, add the observation wording and sign before it sends. It is intentionally a human-in-the-loop step on a safety-critical notice.
Not yet. Past certs are saved against the property — when you return to that address you can open last year’s EICR with one tap and reference it side by side. Auto-prefill of last year’s circuit rows into the new cert is on the roadmap. For the new EICR, Scan Board is the fastest path.
From £5/mo with a 14-day free trial, no card. During the current beta every signed-in user gets every feature — Scan Board, every cert template, the AI inbox, the properties module, route planner and reminders. The full breakdown lives on the pricing page.
