Honest answer: not yet. Every visit is a new job today — if you clean a flat every Tuesday, you re-create the Tuesday job each week. Auto-recurring job creation is on the roadmap but is not shipped, and we don't want you signing up expecting it. The Clients and Properties module makes the re-create quick: tap the property, hit 'new job', the address and customer auto-fill — but the create step is still manual.

Yes. Every job has a property address (the flat) and an optional billing address (whoever's paying — agent, tenant, landlord, sister of the tenant). The invoice picks up the billing address; the job uses the property address. You can change who pays per job — end-of-tenancy paid by the agent, weekly clean paid by the tenant — without retyping anything.
