🔌 For sparks who also do PAT · built by a NICEIC engineer

PAT testing admin software —
for sparks who also do PAT.

Quick Lead handles the booking, the job, the customer record, the invoice and the chase around your PAT round — and gives you the full 18th Edition cert suite when you switch jobs.

There is no PAT-specific cert template in Quick Lead — you issue the PAT record from your own tester software. What Quick Lead runs is everything around it, plus EICR, MWC, EDN, VIS and WCC ready for the moment you're back on the fixed wiring.

Booking emails parsed. Job in the calendar. Invoice out. Customer on file for next year's EICR.

What Quick Lead does for your PAT work

The admin around the test — from booking email to invoice — and the full electrical cert suite ready for the next 18th Edition job. The PAT report itself stays in your tester software.

AI inbox parses the booking

Give clients your dedicated address — like yourname@mail.quicklead.app. When the office manager emails to book a PAT test, the AI inbox lifts the contact name, address, phone, job type and dates into a Quick Lead job for you to confirm.

Job in the calendar, customer on file

The job sits in the built-in calendar with the customer record attached. Send a WhatsApp or SMS to confirm, drop a booking link if they want to pick the slot, and group the PAT job alongside any other work for that property.

Issue your PAT report, then invoice

You issue the PAT test record from your own tester software — Quick Lead does not have a PAT cert template. Generate the single-job invoice with optional VAT and email it before you've packed the tester away. The customer is on file for next year's EICR.

Cross-sell

Full 18th Edition cert suite

The same Quick Lead account gives you EICR for rented properties, EIC for new installs, MWC for minor works, EDN for danger notifications, VIS for visual inspections and WCC for non-electrical jobs. Atomic per-engineer cert numbering.

AI inbox parsing

Your dedicated yourname@mail.quicklead.app address feeds Claude Sonnet to extract the contact name, address, phone, job type, urgency and dates from inbound emails — generic fields only, not appliance-level detail.

Built-in job calendar

Every PAT job sits in the calendar with the property and customer record attached. Group jobs by agent and property so a landlord's PAT work and EICR sit together in one history.

Booking link for clients

Drop a booking link into a WhatsApp or SMS and the client picks their slot at app.quicklead.app/book.html. The booking lands in your inbox and joins the calendar.

Single-job invoicing

Generate a line-by-line invoice with optional VAT the moment the test is signed off. Email it from the job card before you've packed the tester away.

WhatsApp & SMS from the job

Confirm with the office manager, ping the site contact, send the booking link — straight from the job card. The thread stays with the customer record.

Photo evidence per job

Before-and-after photos attach to the job and live in Firebase Storage against the customer. Useful for a damaged appliance you've taken out of service or proof of where you found the kit.

Offline-capable PWA

Quick Lead is a progressive web app with a service worker — open jobs and the customer record stay accessible if the signal drops mid-test, and sync resumes when you reconnect.

What Quick Lead does NOT do for PAT — yet

Five things sparks ask about that aren't built. We'd rather you knew now.

No PAT cert template

There is no PAT-specific certificate in Quick Lead. The Minor Works Certificate (MWC) is BS 7671 electrical — not a PAT record. Issue the PAT report from your tester software.

No asset register

Quick Lead does not store per-appliance records or Class I / Class II logs. Asset detail belongs in your PAT tester software. Quick Lead holds the job, the property and the invoice.

No automated PAT reminders

The reminders engine is built for CP12 (12 months) and EICR (60 months) only, and reminders are in-app banners — Quick Lead does not send outbound emails to your customers. PAT reminders are not built today.

No bulk-test asset import

The AI inbox parser is generic — it lifts name, address, phone and job type, not a 42-appliance breakdown. A bulk booking lands as one job, not forty individual asset rows.

No recurring-job scheduler

There is no PPM engine. Jobs are not auto-rebooked twelve months out — you set the next visit when you're ready.

No fake reviews. No invented features.

Quick Lead is in beta. Rather than make up testimonials, we listed exactly what is and isn't built above. When real PAT testers leave reviews, they will go here — with names, not initials.

"PAT work is repeat work. Quick Lead is built so the customer is still yours next April when the EICR comes round."

I'm Gas Safe registered and NICEIC approved — I issue CP12 and EICR myself, so I know what a real cert workflow looks like. PAT is a different beast: the actual test record lives in your tester. What kills your evening is the admin around it — chasing the booking, getting the address right, sending the invoice, remembering the customer twelve months later.

Quick Lead does the admin honestly. There is no PAT cert template in the app, and I won't pretend the Minor Works Certificate is one — MWC is BS 7671 electrical, full stop. What I will give you is the inbox, the calendar, the customer record, the invoice, and the full EICR / MWC / EDN / VIS / WCC suite for the days you're back on the fixed wiring.

If PAT is half your week and 18th Edition is the other half, this is the app for both.

From £5/mo. Every feature included during beta.

PAT testing questions — answered honestly

Real answers about what's built, what isn't, and what's coming.

No. Quick Lead does not ship a PAT-specific cert template, and the Minor Works Certificate (MWC) is BS 7671 electrical — it is not a PAT record. You issue your PAT report from your own tester software or template. What Quick Lead does for your PAT work is the admin around it: AI inbox parsing of the booking email, the job in the calendar, the customer record, the invoice, and WhatsApp or SMS to confirm with the client.
Not for PAT. The Quick Lead reminders engine is built around CP12 (12 months) and EICR (60 months) only, and the reminder is an in-app banner for you to action — Quick Lead does not send outbound emails to the customer. Automated PAT reminders are not built today.
No. There is no per-appliance asset register and no Class I or Class II logging inside Quick Lead. Asset detail belongs in your PAT tester software. Quick Lead keeps the customer record, the property, the job history and the invoice in one place — the admin layer, not the test data.
Yes. Quick Lead ships the full electrical cert suite: EICR for rented properties, EIC for new installations, MWC for minor works, EDN for danger notifications, VIS for visual inspections and WCC for non-electrical completion. Cert numbering is atomic per-engineer per-cert-type. The same customer record carries from a PAT job into the EICR you do for that landlord 12 months later.
The AI inbox uses Claude Sonnet to extract generic fields from inbound email — name, address, phone, job type, urgency, dates. It is not trade-specific, so it will not itemise 42 appliances or split a multi-site spreadsheet into separate asset lists. It will lift the contact, the address and the job description into a Quick Lead job ready for you to confirm.
Quick Lead is built by Jon, a Gas Safe registered and NICEIC approved engineer who personally issues CP12 and EICR. The dual qualification means the workflow choices in the app come from someone who actually does the paperwork in the van, not from a software team guessing at the trade.
From £5/month after a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start the trial and there is no contract. During beta, all plans include every feature — see /pricing for the source of truth.
